Who manages the villa?

Our team manages The Villa 303 directly and handles enquiries, booking details and arrivals.

How do I request a booking?

Send your dates and group size through the form, WhatsApp or email. We will check availability and send a quote for the whole villa.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Daily breakfast for all guests is included in the nightly rate: served on the terrace when the weather allows, which in Marrakech is most of the year.

Is the villa rented exclusively to one party?

Yes, always. You and your group are the only guests. There are no other rentals on the property, no shared spaces, no other guests on site.

How does payment work?

A 30% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. We accept bank transfer (Wise, SEPA), and a refundable security deposit is taken on arrival. No platform fees, no service charges.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (full refund). Between 30 and 14 days, the deposit is held. Within 14 days, the booking is non-refundable, but we always try to reschedule.

Yes: the pool is heated, so you can swim comfortably well beyond the summer months.

Can you arrange airport pickup?

Yes. Airport transfer is bookable (paid): a modern minivan with English-speaking driver meets you at Menara airport, about 15 minutes away. Just send us your flight number.

Do you host children? Are cribs available?

Absolutely. Cribs and high chairs are available on request, along with a baby monitor and babysitter referrals. The pool is unfenced by default: a pool fence can be arranged on request, and young children should always be supervised outside.

Do you offer longer stays?

Yes. Send us the dates for a stay of 15 nights or more and we will provide a quote based on the season and length of stay.

The Villa 303 is a five-bedroom villa inside Argan Golf Resort. We manage the villa directly, so your enquiry comes to the team who will confirm your booking and welcome you on arrival.

The villa is reserved for your group alone. If you need help planning your arrival or arranging a service during your stay, contact us by WhatsApp or email.

The property has a walled garden, heated pool, marble hammam and sauna. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; the fifth is a ground-floor double with its own bathroom.
